Frankie & Benny’s is one of the UK’s best-loved restaurant brands, serving classic American-Italian dishes in a fun and lively environment. With over 250 restaurants nationwide the brand is recognized as a leader in the casual dining sector.

Dunk Design was responsible for the design, build and maintenance of the Frankie & Benny’s website from 2008-2018. There have been many evolutions of the site – updating the look and feel, functionality and technology – all conveying Frankie & Benny’s focus on an exceptional customer experience.

Evolving the digital support Dunk Design provided to Frankie & Benny’s meant we worked closely with the in-house marketing and creative teams, as well as a variety of digital vendors to support areas such as social media, bookings and database management.

To ensure the site constantly gave a highly engaging visitor experience, we developed an agile and flexible approach to support the digital infrastructure, the many third party vendors and the Frankie & Benny’s team.
