A 20 year veteran of M&S, Andrew Sherick was a well respected buyer with an idea. His talent was choosing the right people and creating credible and effective partnerships to deliver the very best in taste. He decided to take the plunge and start his own business and came to find Dunk Design to help him with the very best in branding.
Mr Sherick had played around with a number of different names for his luxury shake concept but none had truly captured his passion for indulgence.
The shakes were thick and creamy with little bits of loveliness suspended in a shake to-die-for – you get a mouthful of magic every time. We were so impressed that we bought shares.
BUT, Dunk Design believed the quality of the product; the experience; and Mr Sherick’s passion were the winning formula.
Andrew always had a very sweet tooth and was highly enthusiastic about the products. We wanted to expand that with a touch of eccentricity to give the brand consumer appeal.
PR & STORY-TELLING
Dunk Design worked with Mr Sherick and his PR firm to create the brand story, pulling Andrew a little out of his comfort-zone and into the character of Mr Sherick.
PRODUCT STRATEGY SUPPORT
Dunk could also see the long-term potential in supporting Mr Sherick’s ambitions, to expand the range of flavours and extend the product beyond just shakes.
Mr Sherick’s Shakes continue to enjoy exciting growth. From humble beginnings they are now stocked in Selfridges, Harrods, Booths and Waitrose. Dunk Design continues to support the brand with customer presentations, videos, in-store promotional material, giveaway and digital promotions. Dunk’s Brain is also working on tasty new ideas from Mr Sherick for 2016.
